"I’ve been going though State Farm for nearly 2 years never late always paid on time. I had auto, life, health, and renters insurance through them. Having all the add ons was suppose to make it “cheaper” but it just continued to slowly go up. I decided once I got a new vehicle I was going to get a different insurance because State Farm was just getting too expensive so I called to cancel my policy. When I called I was able to cancel everything but life because I had to come in and sign to cancel that. I work 3rd shift so that’s a little challenging. But I made my way up there BEFORE it was due to cancel it. They still charged me for it AFTER I canceled it. So I decided to call them. Everyone that I spoke to couldn’t figure out what to do so they told me I needed to speak with heather. They said it would be 15 minutes I told them I had to go to bed soon but they assured me it would only be 15 minutes. And your passes so I call again they say 15 minutes. Another hour passes so I call AGAIN they tell me 15 minutes…. I go to bed and finally she calls me an hour after I go to bed. I don’t answer because….im asleep. I wake up AFTER the office closes so it’s hard for me to get back in touch. But I finally do today. I finally get to speak with heather and tell her I was charged after canceling my policy and she got attitude and said she has tried to get ahold of me so I told her I waited for her call for 2 hours and she replied with “I don’t know about the time but…” GIRL I was literally waiting by my phone for you to call and stayed up later than what I should have. I’m not dealing with the attitude from ms heather yall can have the $10 yall charged me. If yall decide to hk though State Farm, don’t go through this office."

"July 15, 2026. I was disappointed with how my property damage claim was handled. My claim was denied based on photographs and a virtual review without anyone coming to inspect the home, despite significant damage. I felt that a physical inspection would have provided a more complete understanding of the extent of the damage. I understand claims don’t always result in coverage, but I expected a more thorough investigation before a decision was made. The review I made 4 years ago was 5 stars because they saved me money, not worth it in the long run."
